   If it weren’t for the telltale Red Eye (an affect I believe can only come from a human retina), you wouldn’t know the woman was a flesh and blood creature.

   The wreck on the right is actually Mickey Rourke, who perversely enough starred in “Johnny Handsome” as a deformed criminal surgically refashioned into a revenge-obsessed looker.

    Stallone’s mom has been a plastic mess for years. Funny how there’s still some mother/son resemblance, though.

    Agreed with the comments about the one on the left almost looking like an inflata-mate. Now that I’ve seen it again, the hair, the eyebrows, the nose, the lips…fake. And I’d bet the cheekbones were paid for too. As well as the blue contacts.
