lol seriously? “Douchebag” is one of the most fun (and descriptive) words available. Hardly anybody actually visualizes an actual douche bag, so you don’t have to be grossed out by the literalism.

Similarly, it’s not like you visualize a female dog when somebody says “bitch” or a steaming pile when someone says “shithead.”
