Here’s all the official qualifications and experience that we are looking for:

* A coder is expected to manage multiple markup languages and create exciting visual experiences for end-users, always using modern, semantic standards.

* Webmasters must respond quickly to input from David’s creative team, and accept feedback gracefully. Responding to end-user concerns and issues is also an aspect of the daily process.

* A knowledge of various delivery platforms, compressions, and streaming standards is helpful.

* An exposure to the arts and a background in print or web design is desired, but not required. Please be ready to show examples from your portfolio.

* Previous experience with the online adult biz is also a plus.

* Software: Adobe Creative Suite 2 — or later, test-based code editors (visual editors are not always applicable or appropriate).

* Skills: HTML, CSS, PHP.
